Everything included from the Tenant Find service, plus we’ll collect rent from tenants, send reminder to avoid late payments, chase arrears and provide monthly statements. Ideal for those who want to keep their initial costs low (and to avoid awkward conversations with tenants!).

Full management: £150 per month

Everything from the rent collection service plus we’ll handle all maintenance and compliance. Perfect for busy or first time landlords.

  • Rent reminders sent to tenants

  • Free property inspection at month 6 (subject to access given by tenants. Additional visits incur a charge)
